My go-to studio for yoga classes as I live around the corner. Easy booking system and reasonable prices (I opt for the 6 class pass). Some classes can have >20 people, but I always opt for the smaller classes as you get a better teacher-student ratio.

I think thats the best yoga place in dublin. Downside is not great area, e.g. my car was stolen on street when i was attending yoga few years ago.
Great addition of coffee place. Friendly and flexible staff.

Lovely facility tucked away right next to Smithfield and Stoneybatter.
A wide range of classes are available, including yoga and Pilate's for any level. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and there's a well run cafe with number of treats both tasty and healthy.
Physical therapy is also on hand, with consultations for a lower €15 or so fee - deducted from your first session.
Sign up for unlimited classes for a month in 2016 for just €69.

I attend the elbowroom for my weekly Pilates class with my friend Ian. We always find the class (given by Brian) challenging and enjoyable. The elbowroom now has a nice cafe called Graze where you can have a coffee/hot chocolate or some food before or after your class which is a nice addition. I've only picked up some fruit from Graze and a hot chocolate so I can't comment on what the food is like but it definitely looks appetizing!
