Steak and wine for two is amazing value and awesome in every other way. Also nice to have some actual Irish people serve instead of the usual Europeans.

Lovely cosy pub in the heart of Dublin City. Great service from Michelle, our bartender for the day, great banter, service and beer, what more do you want? Next door, they have a large restaurant also with a wide range or delicious food in a relaxed open space. Would highly recommend.

I went to The Lotts with my family and we loved it. We ordered sirloin, fried chicken and deserts. Everything was delicious. The place is great for drinking and having dinner. The staff was kind and gentle. I'll certainly go back there! I highly recommend the Lotts.

Nice place, I don't fancy the food though. I've eaten here twice and I' be been disappointed both times. I've heard good things about the steak but I haven't tried.

We popped in here for a quick drink, the inside of the bar seemed nice enough though since it was such a nice day, we sat outside. They have a few outdoor tables that were okay for a sunny day - though not the nicest area to sit around.

Lotts is a nice bar with Quizz game on Thursdays. The place is very nice but i felt ignores at the begining because there was a lot of people and maybe because i am not local (but I am not tourist as well). So once we sat, the staff was very nice and correct but the food was not as good as I show in my picture. If fish and chips are the five star dish in Ireland, then, please do not eat here. The oil has not been changed because the taste was not good. Despite the cod was not bad, the way the chef prepared was low quality. I am not a high expert, but my tongue does not lead astray itself. Please, improve the quality as it is a great place, a bit noisy on Thursday as I could not talk too much and see you next time, I lost my chance to eat meat which i think is delicious and should have been the right choice. I just overheard the manager here talking to a staff member who seemed to have some bad family news (sorry about that). He took the time to sit down with the employee and give advice. He said things like "The door is open, if you need anything let me know".
Sometimes the most important thing is not the food or service but how people are treated. Which in turn leads to great food and service. The guy with smiling and clearly reassured having entered looking like his world was coming to an end.

The mid week steak on a stone deal is the only reason I keep going back to this place. 40 euro for two steaks on a stone and a bottle of house wine (red or white). Service is fast as all they do is stick a steak on a hot rock. The wine is fairly bad I recommend the white the red is to much vinegar taste. I have eaten their way to often.
