  The room was fine, bed was comfortable. The staff were adorable. What particularly stood out was the included breakfast. Location was also great, 15min walk to the city center. Recommended.

  We were a party of 4, two rooms and we all had a GREAT stay. Our host family, Mike and Fran and their children were attentive, friendly and accommodating. Only a short walk to the center of Kilkenny with lots to do. We only spent 2 relaxing nights. We had a problem with our USA Garmin GPS finding since website only list College as address. Could not enter Irish coordinates they list into GPS. We were lost but only by a half block! It's directly across from Kilkenny Hotel and directly behind the Sceilp pub(convenient right?)

  Clean, cozy, wonderful staff, and great breakfast! The location was close to everything we wanted to see and a walk away from great pubs.
  I actually forgot my brand new, expensive raincoat in the wardrobe and didn't realize until we came back to Canada. We had emailed them and they quickly mailed it back to me. This alone goes to show how accommodating and amazing they are! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Definitely recommend for anybody looking for a place in Kilkenny.

  Friendly host and awesome room. My only suggestion would be more or bigger pillows. Best bathroom we've had in any B&B in 2 weeks touring Ireland and the jetted tub was a real treat.
