Went here for drinks after dinner. Very nice location by the lake. Lovely bar area with live guitar music. Had a nice atmosphere and were able to walk outside to loch lein.

Great hotel, plenty of different style rooms to choose from, been here 3 times in a different type of room each time and they're all fabulous. The master deluxe rooms are amazing. The lake view rooms are worth the extra money, but the two roman rooms with woodland views are also a great option if you're looking for an amazing room with a bit of a difference. Highly recommended.

The best hotel to-date I have stayed in. Very relaxing and friendly staff . Views from the hotel room exceptional and I will be definitely back down side is the Americans thinking they own the place we pay the same as them just enjoy it guys!! Don't make it about just ye!! #illbeback

The hotel was a great stay. The lake views croon the bedroom were very nice, the rooms themselves were large and comfortable. There's a nice Jacuzzi tub in the room (but no bubble bath). Knocked the review down to four stars, because the restaurants just aren't that great.

Lovely hotel set in stunning scenery! Saw the wild deer during breakfast. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the live music in the bar. Would definitely come back! 😁

Great experience we only stopped one night but the room was lovely with an amazing view and breakfast was great. Seeing the deer on the front lawn late in the evening was an added bonus. Staff very warm and friendly and no chain feel to the hotel.

Fantastic hotel in a stunning location. Visited once for a walk in the grounds and than came for a week. It's a 4 star hotel so the service provided is quality. Friendly helpful staff. Nice bar with nice bar food. Also restaurant for fine dining. Gym, sauna and beauty and wellness rooms. For me it's the location it's stunning with the rest of Killarney and Kerry on your doorstep.

A beautiful hotel in quite an amazing settling. The scenery alone is spectacular. Internally the decor is Victorian with a modern setting and is very rustic and tastefully done. I have eaten here a lot and enjoy the bar. You can often see wild deer grazing. I have had one poor experience with service but I think we got a waiter on a bad day where he was dismissive and rude, got our order wrong, knocked over our drinks and rudely threw a container at my ten year old son across the table when we asked for a doggie bag. But that was one experience out of a dozen. I would recommend it. Outside of that one experience the staff are generally exceptional.

Amazing!!! The hats a word I don't use often. Very professional and warm staff. One of the best rooms. Have ever stayed in with an amazing view. Not just a great viewhuge windows and a small balcony. The hotel has an old world feeling that is posh and intriguing. Stay here again? Yes, please.

I recently stayed here in March and this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! We arrived to a wonderful welcome and then our room was upgraded and we had the most spectacular view of the lake and the snow capped mountains. The hotel was friendly, comfortable and the perfect Base for exploring. The breakfast and dinners we had were delicious just like a perfect home cooked meal. The only bad part of the whole stay was that we should have stayed for longer! If you're after a home away from home then this is the place for you. It may not be perfectly preened but for me this was exactly the charm and homeliness I was looking for.

A unique view on the Lake. We had exceptional moments looking out from our balcony. With the changing weather, the view changes over time. The hotel is outside the town in a peaceful place. Book for at least two or three days, that's our advice !
