Phone does get answered and they are very polite, the lady in the gaming section Lindsey I believe! is a credit to the store as is Fred (Manager) , I may have not been the most polite all the time with my issue but I was dealt with in a very understanding and professional manner. To be fair all the staff in the gaming section I dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fine range and depth of stock here but lacks the size and stock of the store at Kinsale Road. Parking is a pain (i.e. non-existent) for larger purchases. Front of store area is a bit run down but undergoing renovations in September 2017.

Good toy shop for kids and buy baby stuff upstairs. Game room selling video games. But this place is not cheap very expensive.

Good range of toys for all ages but difficult to find floor staff at this time of the year, when you are looking for something. One till open last Monday, and it was busy. Should consider some self service tills and also ensure at least one floor staff there at all times

Large Toy Store located in Cork City Centre. A place where toys have been bought and created fantastic memories for children all over Cork for the many years.

The store has a ground floor and top floor. The ground floor has very tall and long running aisles full of toys. The aisles are so high staff have to use ladders to get people items on the too of them. A huge variety of toys from teddy's, dolls, electronic toys, books, and so much more.

Also located on the ground floor is the video games section. Now adays the gaming sections games selection is (mainly) targeted in selling the latest games for the latest consoles (PS4, XBOX ONE, etc), there are games in pre owned sections for same and older consoles (PS3, XBOX 360, wii, etc). They also sell a small selection of DVD's in this section and gaming consoles themselves.

On the top floor, which is accessible via escalator, lift or stairs is a large selection of outdoor toys and outdoor games. Similarly on this floor is board games, an extensive LEGO selection and large stuffed toys.

The store is a great place to browse and pick up presents for people. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Smyths toys always surprises me, the store is clean and customer service is great. They keep up with kids throwing items on the floor and you don't have a worry over face planting the floor :) Their prices are surprisingly good and the deals are hard to beat for even online stores which says a lot!

Centrally located and surprisingly large, this Smyths has a terrific range with great prices. The store is well lit and has a spacious and neat layout leading to a relaxed shopping experience. Staff have always been friendly on each visit, and overall I can highly recommend this store.
