Excellent Service. Very professional service team. We had a problem with our vehicle that required main dealer attention and we were on a tight schedule to catch a ferry, so they had no warning we were calling in. The service team fitted us in, sorted out the problem and got us back on the road in under an hour. Complete with coffee while we waited. Excellent customer service, they are highly recommended.

Best avoid this dealer as it's staffed by lazy, arrogant and complacent people. When you have arrogant managers such as Chris and lazy staffs such as Rob, it's not surprising to know that VW is doing badly these days. Never had the chance to find out if they were the same caliber as the liars which VW has a reputation of employing.

You'll be better off getting a car from a reputable dealer such as Johnson & Perrott at Mahonpoint.
