I booked an appointment on Tuesday morning after long sleepless night cause of a toothache, the only available option was @ 7:30pm. I was asked to specify the problem which I did, only to find out at the time of my appointment that their X-ray is out of order so they won't be able to help me but as a courtesy won't charge me for the check up. Don't be fooled by the nice clean look of the clinic, seems like that's the positive you may find there. Lack of care and common sense makes me question their qualifications.

Good localization. And that's all. The dentist was very rude to her assistant, while my child was on the dentist chair. The teeth required improvement by another dentist clinic.(The receptionist - absent minded)

Lady on the reception, horrible person who doesn't know why she is sitting there for. Dentists, first year student quality. Never ever again.

I went to the Smiles dental branch in Galway, and was more than happy with the friendly treatment received from the staff I encountered form the receptionists to the hygienist to Adela Dragai, the dentist who was I was dealing with.

It's was twenty years since my last visit to a dentist,so I had a few fillings, including some on the upper front teeth, which are barely visible, which I am quiet pleased with, also two sessions of cleaning, which I am more than happy with.

The dentist was very patient, with at times, my repetitive questions regarding my treatment, and listened to my concerns, and she explained possible negative consequences of possible future treatment I was contemplating,in terms of possible future nerve pain, should I choose to go ahead with some suggested crowns on the front teeth.

It is certainly a nice change to come across a professional who is honest and upfront about treatment, and who's main interest is not in emptying a persons wallet.

When someone asks me to recommend a dentist in Galway,I will for sure point them in the direction of Smiles dentists, and Adela Dragai in particular.

Great experience, was greeted warmly all the way from reception to the dentist. I had never had such a thorough examination. I then had a good lengthy chat with the dentist about the treatment. He made it all clear including the procedure and costs incurred. Was great to be given time to discuss any concerns rather than being rushed. Would definitely recommend.

If you want to feel what is like to someone don't giving a sh"t about you and pay for it, this is the place you are looking for. I got a problem, the doctor didn't want to explain, she just keep on saying go to an especialist. I told her I have a cavity, she told me NO, after I insist she made an X/Ray just to confirm that "Yeah, you got a big cavity there but the walls are so thin that I am not gonna fix it". Ok but if you are not gonna fix it, what can I do? Wait until you GO HOME. Literally she sent me back to my country! WTF!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The worst experience I've ever had in a dentist.
