Great local authentic Irish pub. Nice change from the touristic pubs in Temple Bar.
Lovely Irish food and fantastic staff and service.
Nice place for food and drink. Taste burgers, great staff.
my local, nothing exceptional, but they know how to pour a good pint! typically gathers a nice crowd on thursdays and fridays oh and before games in the aviva of course.
Improved since llast visit great choices on ipas and craftys
A great local restaurant with live music and the best food in town.
Beer was cold, food was hot. We popped in at lunchtime on a Saturday and were able to get a seat. Waitress was attentive, eventhough it was busy.
Fantastic lamb stew (with a flavourful broth base instead of a thick stew base), great service, lots of options on tap and a really fantastic bar with options for a variety of whiskey and beer tastings. 2 levels. Washrooms downstairs in the basement fully renovated. Lots of history.
Pub discriminates against those that look different from their regular customer. Went to pub to watch a rugby match with friends. After the doorman said I could not enter because I was wearing my running gear, he proceeded to allow 6 people in who had the same attire, I assume they had something I did not. After pointing this out to him he responded with a "what". I then brought this discriminatory action to an employees attention, this person responded by saying there is nothing that could be done. Interesting way to treat a potential customer..
Do not go there ! Pure scam, we ordered a few drinks that never came, they forced us to pay anyway, threatening us with some scary Bouncers. Dangerous sketchy place, nobody should go there.
Good foot and atmosphere, kind stuff and it's no tourist trap like some temple bar pubs - highly recommended
Everything you expect from a good Irish pub: good food, beautiful music and a great selection of drinks.
Irish coffee and and a breakfast that filled us up for the day. Good atmosphere and friendly if a little busy staff
Nice place to have a beer and a quick bite. Food is very tasty and not expensive. Staff very friendly, lots of places inside (two floors), tv's to watch matches.
