Bar staff very rude I mean you pay 106 euro for a hotel room look for a drink at residence bar and they reply was no bar opened as we were told to wait for a few mins prior to that. I won't be going there again

Rooms are nice and the hotel is very inviting. Great staff. Very friendly and eager to help you with your stay and places to visit. The pub is a great place to hang out and is very lively with locals. Prices are reasonable and would stay here again

Very accommodating hotel. Quaint atmosphere. Felt at home away from home. Very convenient to Shannon airport. I give Shane a 10+ rating. He went above and beyond
genuinely making sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. I have to say that in my lifetime Shane is probably one of the most genuine and sincerest person I have ever met!!! The restaurant food was excellent. The staff was awesome. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Ireland.

Good accessible location ideal for the airport , nice enough place , bar could get a little loud when the sports were on. Rooms clean and tidy with the usual facilities. Breakfast a little limiting but fine for what you pay , would use again

Quite ok, but nothing special. Quiet room and comfirtable beds. Room did not smell too fresh though and bathroom flooded a bit. Full Irish breakfast was just that and nothing more, so 10€ for that was a bit much. Service was nice.
