Very Irish. A cozy pub, clean but plain dining area, and mediocre rooms in a sprawling, unassuming building. This hotel is comfortable but very plain. Only shower in the bathroom in my room though it was a rainshower showerhead.
Interestingly, the front desk advised me that all keycards expire every day at noon so must be renewed.
Hotel is a 2 minute walk across a parking lot from the Shannon airport passenger terminal and a 5 minute taxi ride (7 euros) into Shannon.
Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very nice, especially the bathroom. The shower was very nice and modern. Can't beat the location relative to the airport and the breakfast in the morning was great!

Hotel was very close to the Shannon airport, but you didn't hear a plane, which was very nice. The service is great, as well as the rooms. However the bathroom could have been a bit more cleaned up. They have a room where you can play with cards or other (board) games and the food was really nice! I enjoyed staying here.

Overall, an okay experience. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
But two things were somewhat of an issue.

1. You could not get to our room, located 2 floors from the ground, via elevator. That's kind of an issue with suitcases packed for a 2-week vacation.
2. Toilet only half-worked. You had to crank the handle just right to get it to work. I can't believe the cleaning staff or someone didn't report this and get it fixed.

Fantastic customer service, clean rooms, and willing to go above and beyond when taking care of our large group (24 people). We stayed overnight upon arrival and before departing. They were able to work with us when we needed a meeting space last minute, and were able to help us make dinner arrangements outside of the dining room during our meeting. One member of our group also had a medical need that they were also able to help facilitate without delay. Very happy with our stay here.

Quiet and clean rooms. Pub was very busy, ordered food and second drink, finished eating but no drinks even after few reminders.

I had a great stay. Welcomed by the informative and helpful night staff on my late check in. Rooms were spacious, hotel is updated and very well maintained. Wifi is strong and internet was very fast. Great bathrooms and comfortable bed. Above all the location is outstanding if you have a flight upcoming. I was very pleased.
