Brought the kids to the kids area. Half day is more than enough.
Rockhill park kerrykeel
Beautiful place and log cabin accommodation was amazing was breath taking veiws 💜💜💜
Well maintained site in beautiful sourroundings. The large cabins are 5*, also nice separate 'touring area' with grass & hard sites, electric & water & own play area. Local supermarket & super restaurant very closeby. Small cafe on site.
Area 50 has super activities for families with small kids right up to early teens, and the weather does not matter!
We were there with our family & grandkids & felt it was very safe.
Friendly helpful staff. Location is good as lovely beaches & drives a few mins away. Our 2nd visit, we will be back. Would highly recommend.
Great place for the kids, football,Go carts, bouncy castles, kayaks, playparks, pottery.
It's has also excellent showers, clean toilets and a pan flat concrete base to park ur caravan on.
Nice park lots of activities for kids but more suited to caravans than tents. No decent tent pitches. Lots of kids running around late at night. It was quite noisy. I wasn't impressed that after paying pitch fees I had to pay €6 to get rid of a couple of small bags of rubbish. I did find all staff there very friendly.
On the Donegal coast on the outskirts of Kerrykeel, scenery WOW!!!! plenty for kids to do, just the place for a family break n when the weather is the way it is why would u want tae spend thousands tae go abroad..

We have been coming here to Rockhill for quite some time in our touring van. It is a fantastic place for familys. The staff are very friendly polite and helpful. the girls at reception are just lovely nothing is a bother to them. There is plenty of activities for the kids throughout the day.You have the playparks and area 50 which my 3 kids loved and loads more.We have just returned from a 3 day stay, this time staying in one of the cabins. It was amazing. The cabin was spotless and everything needed for a comfortable stay.I highly recommend coming to Rockhill, fantastic stay everytime we come here and we will defs be back very soon.
Great spot and very clean.
It's Cool
I stayed at this site in a motorhome along with an accompanying tent and I was terribly disappointed with the facilities provided for touring campers. The site was exceptionally waterlogged and there was no drainage present, therefore any grass area for tents/ awnings were water logged and as a result of this, many holiday makers left early before their intended end date. It was completely covered in gutters, people could not make use of their awnings and children had to remove shoes before getting into caravans and motorhomes because they were actually destroying their carpets.
There was one single toilet provided on the site used by 20 motorhome/ caravan sites, along with any tents. This toilet was shared between men and women and often there was a queue to use the toilet. Two toilet rolls were provided daily and a sign was present informing people to use their own. There were no showers or dishwashing facilities located nearby; they were a good few minutes walk away, and not convenient for campers. It was not practical for people to shower/ wash in the mornings, and even more impractical when carrying dishes to and from the sink. When using the showers, there was no nob to adjust the temperature and so my young children got scalded. Granted there was a park located in the site used by campers/ touring vans; however due to the site being exceptionally waterlogged there was no drainage present and so children playing in the central park had their clothes destroyed on numerous occasions because of the lack of drainage. The laundry facilities were very expensive but people had no choice but to pay the high cost due to the conditions of the site destroying children's clothes.
There is a games area to be used by residents but pool queues and table tennis equipment could not be hired out after 7pm when the reception closed. A lot of the arcade games were turned off, and despite there being a games area that costs 10/15 euro per day per child, there are still items within that area to be paid for. Different people were charged different prices for the same activities, and generally there was great discontentment from the vast majority of campers staying on the site. However I must add that the individual staff members were helpful, friendly and did refund money for people who queried discrepancies, or who were leaving earlier than intended.
