Wow, what an amazing golf resort. First time to Ireland and I couldn't have picked a better place to go. The golf was amazing, the food was fantastic and both were only out done buy the hospitality of the Casey Family and there staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE TO STAY!

I returned to Atlanta after 10 days from my first golf trip to Ireland. A group of 12 friends stayed at Rosapenna Resort on the northern coast. The 2 courses there - Old Tom Morris built in 1893, and the Sandy Links, are a test of golf for any handicapper. I returned and immediately told my wife to get a group of her friends to plan a trip anywhere they wanted, as I was going back to Rosapenna. I played 228 holes of golf in 8 days at the resort, getting up at 6 a.m. and talking to the Owner Frank Casey Sr, who arrives at the hotel each morning to make sure the day starts great for his guests. Wonderful man, and then out to golf 9 or 18 before breakfast. Wonderful Irish breakfast, great wait staff, pro shop so organized, caddies and fore caddies were knowledgeable and fun to walk with. Rosapenna is by far the best combination of top quality golf, accommodation, food, and most importantly, hospitality. I could go on and on, but will stop with saying, This place is a 10 out of 5 stars.

Great hotel, good food, nice staff.
Overall the best place in the North of Ireland to stay & play golf or simply to relax and to walk the long long beaches.
We have been here 4 times and will come again.

I just returned to Orlando from my 4th week long visit to Rosapenna. I have golfed in Ireland and Scotland since 1985 & have played most if not all the top rated courses, staying in accommodations of every type. Rosapenna is by far the best combination of top quality golf, accommodation, food, and most importantly, hospitality. I intend to visit there every year as long as I am able.

My family are regular visitors to the hotel for dinner/drinks as we have a holiday home nearby - dropped in to watch the Wimbledon final and was well looked after.

Very old style hotel. Rooms were fine but the lounge/bar/leisure areas needs updating. Great access to local pubs/restaurant via beach walk
