Very poor service. Even when quiet nearly 2 hours to get fed. Toilets a disgrace and not cleaned for hours. Management fail to respond

Big room and great bed. Breakfast was perfect with a choice for all. Only negative was the room could have been just a tad cleaner. This being said would stay again.

Good all round experience. Staff on front desk VERY serious but always helpful. Restaurant busy. Great conference venue. I had a strange experience when a cleaner entered my room without knocking, although I'm not sure who was more shocked. Luckily I was fully clothed! I don't think she realised I had checked in as it was only 4pm.

Attended here for a wedding. The food was good but not fabulous, service was fine up to the teas/coffees and deserts when there appeared to be a major rush on to remove everything from the table. Not the nicest experience I have had at weddings.

Nice big modern Hotel I have stayed a few times. The room's are clean but there is no atmosphere in the hotel. The main bar is terrible lot's of bar staff but yet impossible hard to get services. Food in the bar is over priced and not great. We where looking forward to a nice breakfast but was terrible.

Another delicious meal here, (very tasty omelette this time) in comfortable surroundings, perfect for a quiet get-together with friends. Excellent service.

Was here for a wedding reception. Very good location, service and food. Definitely not your regular hotel food, it was very decent quality and better than a five star hotel receiption I attended the year before. The whole night went without a hitch so the hotel knows what they're doing.

Lovely hotel/rooms/food/staff. Only down fall parked out back as there really is only drop off area at front, had to go through halls, and event area to register. Hard to understand from back of building where to go.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Douglas. One of the best gyms / spas in Cork. Lovely modern hotel rooms and a great place to hold an event or a party. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in Corks south suburb of Rochestown.. It is a large hotel with fine food and restaurant.. Great for weddings and other large events.
