Service was soooooooo slow! Had to wait 20 minutes for our orders to be taken. Had to wait another 20 minutes just for water. After dinner had to wait another 20 minutes for dessert. A colegue of mine wanted coffee as well but the waiter just left. Had to call her back. For dessert had to wait again for so long. Won't eat at the restaurant ever again!!!

Stayed at the Clayton in Cork city recently with my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room on arrival and staff went above and beyond -so attentive, helpful and friendly. They give a whole new meaning to the word hospitality!
Everything about our experience with the Clayton was top-notch! I highly recommend it and I'll definitely book again for my next trip!

Breakfast excellent, staff excellent, dining area staff left a lot to be desired. Slow, unattentive and really didn't care whether you were served or not. Check in fast and courteous. Room excellent. Pity dining staff don't take a leaf out of other staffs book.

Really enjoyed our stay at Clayton Hotel Silver Springs, we were on a weekend break in Cork and the Clayton Hotel Silver Springs played a big part in that. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Really nice breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious healthy options as well as traditional cooked breakfast.

We had a beautiful room, with everything we needed and we had a great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed.
