We stopped by for breakfast. My husband had the full Irish and I had 1 egg and 1 sausage. Obviously I could have had whatever I wanted but I went for the smaller portion. I was a little shocked when we went to pay and it was a standard charge of €25 per person for breakfast regardless of what you ate!!! Maybe prices on the menu would have helped.

Simply exquisite food in a charming country house with rooms adjacent for those who wish to stay overnight. Huge grounds for wandering around , a ban on phones at dinner and a great feeling of peace and rest

Food was delicious but the service was very bad. It was a Monday, and the cafe was full, so there was a wait for a table. This was fine but from the time from when I sat down to the time I got to order, it was 20 minutes. There were 2 people behind the counter preparing food and only one person organising the queue for the tables, serving the tables, taking orders, clearing tables & taking payments at the checkout. My heart went out to her. They need to get extra people on the main floor.
