This gym and the people in it were great and the equipment is superb in terms of bodybuilding and strength but also upstair with a wide variety of cardio equipment .Would highly recommend

The staff at this gym are so friendly and the gym equipment is great but brothers Mark and Neil are perfect saints. It took a couple of words spoken to figure we had some common ties to America. I was traveling in Ireland and the advice, direction and suggestions the two gave me were great. I will be hard pressed to find friendly fellows on my path and considering the country, that says alot.

I am most impressed with the welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable staff. They have personal trainers on site at all times to assist with my workout if I need help. It is such a big facility that I never feel crowded and they have a huge variety of machines to use for just about any type of workout you can imagine. I love the Zumba Dance and Yoga classes and my daughter loves the Martial Arts classes. You really get a lot for what you pay for and you don't have to sign long contracts with hidden fees. Real World Combat & Fitness is a great place to get a workout and with the staff's help I get real results! Now that is motivating! Thanks RWCF!
