  Cannot fault Power City. They always have what I want in stock, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy, and they have the lowest prices around.

  I ordered a camera on line and received a email to say my order had been taken which I was delighted with then received one to say that it wouldn't be in till the 4th of January but the had one in coolmine which I could have but was a display model I said I would take it but only if I had a small discount on it as it was not new so I was told they would find out and let me know so I said ok .then I received a email saying my camera was in today so I went down to collect it this evening the 14 of December at around 7.15 when I walk in I asked a member of staff where I pick up my online order told me to go to desk so off I went when I got to desk the member of staff was on there phone stood for a few minutes then they looked up from there phone and asked was I ok so said I was here to pick up my camera I explained I had received a message to say that it was a display model and I asked was it and they replied no so I waited to received my camera and when I received it the seal was broken on box and the was marks all over the screen so I called another member of staff and said that it was a display model and to which they replied you only paid x amount to which I replied yes that was for new camera not a display one I would of taken it if I had of been offered a discount but then the rang I presume there supervisor but there reply you only paid x amount to which I said I know that was price for new one so I just said it's ok I'll have a refund . I was not happy with my experience as I work in retail I know that you go out of your way to help provide the best customer care you can so your customer will come back again .
