Got my monitor whilist on sale. Friendly staff and nice place to go out for a browse. Its got some nice deals and if you need any tech stuff , you may get your hardware and software products here.

Went to collect a kenwood fridge from the store after paying for it the previous week. Was told I couldn’t bring the fridge home without a collection docket. I was never given a collection docket on payment of fridge but the sales assistant was having none of it. The most rudest of staff I have ever dealt with. To top it off when I got home with the fridge there was a scratch and dent on the front door. Will not be dealing with these arrogant clowns again.

With retailers under such pressure from online sales it was an absolute pleasure to visit Currys in Waterford and in particular to be served by the excellent Margaret who helped us with all our needs to purchase all new white goods for a new Kitchen, we expected to have to travel to several different retailers but there was no need too as Margaret made sure all our expectations were met, it was a great experience sadly lacking in many other retailers! Well done..

The place is horrendous. Bought a laptop for €450 and immediately wouldn't work. I brought it back 4 times and every time I went back they said they ran tests but it didn't do anything. Do not buy anything out of this. Customer service is rubbish

I went to Curry’s PC world to buy a washing machine. I had a machine in mind as I had consulted the website and was shown the machine by salesperson Lauren, who was not only very friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable about the machine, extending the warranty, delivery options and what to do if I had a problem. I would like to congratulate you if all your salespeople are as good as Lauren👍👍. Excellent service with a smile.

Shocking service. Couldn't find anyone to help so I had to google the specs of the product myself. Went to the cash desk to ask for assistance. Lovely girl called a lad to help who disappeared for 40 minutes. When he returned to see what I needed he then told me he didnt have it in stock. He could have bloody told me that before he went off for 40 minutes. I have now spent my money in Harvey Norman and you have lost a customer for life.

Not a lot of choice, and the place is shabby looking. A few laptops as you enter and after that there isn't much else besides a limited choice of desktops and TVs.
