I cannot fault Bateman's shoes in any way, the staff are helpful, friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. They are experienced and have a great knowledge of their products. There is an amazing selection of quality trendy brands in on trend styles for men, women and children. There are also wider styles and styles renowned for comfort, including a selection of shoes for those with less dexterity and mobility. I highly recommend Bateman's, it's a very positive shopping experience and you are guaranteed to be happy with your purchase. Since Covid lockdown they have also grown their online business so if you can't get their in person then you can shop online. They are happy to help via messenger or over the phone regarding fit or style. Check them out, you won't be disappointed 😊

I ordered a pair of shoes online on Tuesday. I was delighted to see them arrive the following morning with a lovely note from the shop.
