I love Poppies, especially for their awesome shepherd's pie that I can even bring home!

Poppies in Enniskerry has been a great place to 'refuel' whether visiting the many beautiful walks in that corner of Wicklow or, lunching out with friends. The food and various coffees etc. will always bring you back for more.

Good food made from locally sourced products, which makes a bigdifference when it comes to the taste:-)
Good for a coffee, nice, solid.feed and for a family as well.
Vegeterian friendly, so you won't die starving lokking at your meat eating friends enjoying their food. :-)

Always a pleasure. This place is very popular for a reason. The food is excellent and the staff are pleasant. Well worth a visit.

Stop here a lot on cycles. Not anymore. Today I went in to pay and the owner asked the cashier to double check that what I had stated was correct. Handled in a poor manner and I'm an honest person. Will be telling the 600+ members in Orwell Wheelers to use the other cafes instead.

Cosy, local business, great selection of cakes on display at the counter. Good coffee, to drink inside or on the go. Savoury food also on display at the counter but haven't tried it.

Suggested in a guide book after a visit to Powerscourt comfort food at its best. The lasagna was excellent. Had two pieces - couldn't help myself. The salads were garden fresh. Everything plus more that you'd expect from a "first-class" home cooking style restaurant. Excellent lunch spot.
