Screen 3 where I am currently sitting. The heat is broken and has been for 4 days. Head Office insist the show must go on regardless of issue. So free tea and coffee for all. The two 7 years, two 10 year old son and 12 year old are delighted with the coffee.

Was there tonight with my 6 kids and husband. My son has Autism and decided after 40 minutes he wanted to leave. I took him and my other 2 small kids and went to leave. A staff member asked me was all okay and I explained the situation & he offered me a refund on 4 of my tickets. He was kind, understanding and made a hard day a bit better. Very child friendly place im very impressed. Will bring my older kids back just because of the way I was treated. Thank you 😍👍👌

Very nice place. Good range of food and drink and the seats in the cinema are comfy. Always a good selection of movies and super Wednesdays are great.

Enjoyed the film we went to see..but had been to a film in the odeon a few days before and received 2 for 1 vouchers.when we tried to use the vouchers tonight..we were only allowed use 1..which meant my sister in law had to pay full price!!

Love the cinema here. Frequented by Kanye and Kim when they were in Ballyfin so if it's good enough for them. Limited number of screens for options of a night but staff are nice. Place is clean and the refreshments are of a consistent standard.

Great range of films on screenings. nice and friendly staff. good selection of snacks. can be booked for parties. also kids movie club available. booster seats also there for children which is a great addition. parking on main street on meter or parking in private car park you have to pay for.
