  Deirdre the host was the reason why I stayed here. She was great craic and very welcoming. The lodge and room was clean and well kept and the location is perfect for any and all activities in Strandhill.
  Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

  The hotel was absoulutely filthy water ran down the walls inside we had clock crawlies around the floors from dampness the windows in the 6 berth hostel type room wouldnt open the skirting boards and all under the beds were thick with filth.i was shocked how bad it was.the smell of damp and stale was unbearable.the town and sights around were beautiful.took days to geel warm when we got home.hated this place
