I was delighted to find that Wild West Irish Tours based out of the lovely B&B for my trip this past week. The innkeepers couldn't be nicer. The fact that they have a wonderful little border collie and some sheep and a donkey added to the friendliness of experience too.
The rooms are bright and large. The breakfasts are substantial and healthy even with the full Irish breakfast if you choose.
Geraldine was the perfect tour guide on one of our outing days. I highly recommend this location if you're thinking of traveling to Ireland.response / report this review -

We're just packing up to leave this morning after two nights at Yeats Lodge. The scenery is stunning around the B&B and Geraldine makes the ideal host, catering for every need and offering great suggestions of what to check out in the area. Benbulben stands proudly out the back of the house but it's also very conveniently situated close to the hidden gem of Lissadell House, Yeats' grave and of course Drumcliff Waterfall.
You'll probably want a car to get around, it's about a 10 minute drive from Sligo town. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright. The selection for breakfast is better than any hotel you care to name and I'll certainly be saving it as a place to return next time I'm planning a trip up to this part of the country.response / report this review -
