A few years ago we celebrated our boys 'Confirmation' and were impressed at the great attention given to every detail of our evening. This included our personal menu with the boys' picture, which was a lovely touch.
As we were so happy with the 'Confirmation' party, we decided the Waterfront would be the perfect place to host our wedding reception.
All went well with the initial meeting, then despite trying to make further contact and getting no reply, we couldn't plan our wedding reception any further.
Without any explanation from the Waterfront we had to cancel the Church service in Enniscrone, hire a Church elsewhere and find another venue for our reception.
This was a great shame. Such a pity incompetent management let down what could be a thriving boutique venue for small weddings.
The Waterfront is beautiful and meals we've had in the past has been worth the somewhat high price tag.
While the accommodation needs updating, the sea views are breathtaking.
The best time to visit the Waterfront is during the 'Black Pig' festival in July, when Enniscrone comes alive with a beach fairground, fireworks and street entertainment.
During one 'Black Pig ' festival the Waterfront offered a shark BBQ. Not to everyone's taste, but novel.
This venue is able to cope with a simple meal party, but don't expect to plan anything more elaborate.

Stayed for one night we had a lovely big room with an amazing sea view and the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of choice, we will definately be going back for another stay.

Very nice hotel! Beautiful views from the rooms and very nice rooms in general. The real gem here is the location and the woman who works the front desk at night. She is like the Irish mother you never had and all around fantastic with advice and just general pleasantness !

Would definitely stay here again !

Only cons - restaurant is perhaps trying to be a little too fancy menu wise instead of too tasty ! Upon checkin, one of our rooms was missing the TV remote and had a cracked window. They were unable to provide another remote and took note of the cracked window.
