Stalwart classic hotel and restaurant serving excellent traditional Irish food. Try the Beef & Guinness Pie with the Lamb &Veg Stew for the best of both in rich and succulent with a tasty broth.

An absolute gem, excellent customer service, delicious food, friendly welcome, live music nightly and reasonably priced. Recommend this to all my friends visiting Dublin xx

My review is only for the pub that's in the ground floor of the hotel. A very nice pub with friendly staff. I went there twice, both times there were quite a lot people, both locals and tourists. Every evening there is Irish live music which I cab only recommend you check out. The prices are about the same as in other pubs in Dublin.

Nice rooms, bed is little soft but otherwise a comfortable and centrally located hotel. The restaurant serves fantastic food at reasonable prices.

Please note that this review isn't for the hotel accomodations, but for the restaurant. I thought the restaurant was really cozy, but the food there was really not worth the money. Still might be worth the visit for the atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, I go here every time I'm in Dublin. This time it was busier than usual. I used to get 'Bob's belly buster', doesn't seem to be on the menu anymore. They should bring this back 👍

Saturday 29th the service was bad: we were brought the bill while still eating, then added to the bill food that we did not order. You always need to check your bill anyway.
But at least the food was good.

Very nice and picturesque pub, in typical Dublin style, with live music in the evening. I enjoyed the food: great fish soup and salmon cooked to perfection! Of course you can find liters of Guinness beer, served by the greatest Guinness lover: Mike! I spent only one evening in this pub, but i felt at home!

Very poor. I had the Guinness pie but it was more like soup. The mashed potato was in the soup with a puff pastry topping. Couldn't eat the pastry. Every time I tried to cut a bit it shattered. Wasn't cheap. Husband had the homemade burger, it was very tasty but got chips in a small container, only about 8 chips. As I said wasn't cheap.

Ally nicer on the inside than looks from the outside. Quick, tasty and good value for money lunch.

Good pub, cheap beer about €4 and not a million miles away from temple bar.

Ordered breakfast. Reasonably priced and tasted good. Can't fault the service. Played some right good tunes too.
