Nice place with lovely view and very good food.
Great service, friendly waiters/waitresses, beautiful view to the beach and we'll tasting food
Vegetarians might not have that much variety of meals but there are a few available
I have to say, this is by far my favourite bar in Ireland, with some of the best food to be found.
First of all, every single member of staff was incredible, and the owners were amazing. Ray and his wife did everything they could to make our stay something to remember, even sitting down and enjoying a drink with us towards the end of the night. Fantastic hosts!
The food is something else! They have multiple awards scattered around the restaurant and they really lived up to it. The portions were massive, and the food was incredible. I also tried oysters for my first time there.
They have a fantastic range of whiskeys too if they are your thing, and I was able to sample one or two that I hadn't had before.
Overall 10/10 and I will 100% be back, and I recommend to everyone passing to call in, even just for the view over an ice cold pint.
Staff very friendly and helpful and the food was brilliant spotless clean
Stopped off for a quick drink while on the ROK route! lovely little place well worth a visit!
Nice food, probably a bit overpriced. Service was quick and friendly, the view to the sea is obviously amazing.
Some restaurants have part time staff that are there to get through their shift and couldn't care less about the service. Far fewer have clearly invested in their staff training and demeanor. This restaurant is very much in the latter category.
The manager, clearly on his lunch break, got up and literally ran to greet and seat us. The staff all knew the menu like the backs of their hands and made some great recommendations.
Then there was the food. My God was it fantastic. The freshest fish and crab we'd ever had.
The decor isn't fancy bit the view and quality of the food and staff makes this 5 stars in my book.
Try the crab claws. They don't skimp.
Wonderful location, bettered only by the food and atmosphere.
Oysters as a starter, followed by battered hake.
We'll be back.
Food: Some of the best around. Great seafood chowder.
Service: Owners are amazing, don't be in a rush here.
Atmosphere: Depending on when you come, a fun Summer spot or a relaxed Fall experience.
