Got married here. In fairness most of the day went well. They made a mess of the toast drink and bill. Management were a disaster to deal with.

Very serene environment, nice spacious room, bathroom the way it's meant to be, professional yet friendly staff. Nice landscaped gardens. A great place to get away from it all.

Very nice hotel, but restaurants are mostly open only towards the weekend. While it seems isolated, you need to keep your window shut if you are in the even 200s as traffic noise from the nearby motorway is very evident. It is however a fifteen minute drive to access this motorway. Rooms are decent, but A/C is noisy and ineffective. Good value usually though. The bar food is poor, but the restaurant is somewhat better.

A gorgeous place with staff that's always ready to help you with any problem. Very comfortable beds and showers high enough for the taller among us. Excellent Wifi connection as well, so all in all an excellent experience.

A beautiful place. You are very welcome from the minute you enter the reception area. The staff are very obliging and friendly. The accommodation is excellent and plenty of space to have a good walk around. Food is excellent including breakfast.

Was here for a wedding in May and it was a very special day. Georgina served our table and she was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure our meal was memorable!

Stayed here with the family for a few days - had a great time. The accommodation was roomy - could have done with a lick of paint, but other than this - spot on. The food in the restaurant was excellent! We ate out a few nights and tried it as the stay went on - if we knew it was as good..we would have eaten there much more. There is a kids playground - but it is a bit tired. Not a lot to do in the hotel itselfbut it does have some nice grounds for a walk, Golf - if anyone is into thiswe used it as a base to explore the surrounding area. Was a good value stay.

Beautiful country hotel set on acres of greenery.

I had my wedding here on the 16th of July this year. This venue is magnificent with it's breathtaking gardens surrounding a very sophisticated and charismatic stately home that is Balyna House. I got married on the grounds of Moyvalley in the stone house which looks historic yet incredibly romantic inside and out. Our reception was then held in Balyna House which is truly amazing with it's beautiful decor and rustic charm. The staff were fantastic and the day went off without a hitch thanks to them. The food was excellent and very satisfying. We had children at our wedding and the staff were brilliant with them and the grounds were perfect and safe for them to run around and enjoy themselves. The hotel where our guests stayed in is also beautiful inside and out. The rooms are spacious and perfectly decorated. Overall my wedding felt magical and I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you to everyone at Moyvalley for making my wedding day like a fairytale
