Staff is very helpful and nice. They've answered all our questions. Rooms are good, although walls are made of paper so you can hear your neighbors. Good transportation options.
Great stay right outside of centre city and under 10 minutes from the airport. Have never met a nicer manager and staff. Bar is nice as well, definitely a recommended stay if you dont mind cabbing into center city.
Great room.. Very clean and comfy.. . Unfortunately they offer a restaurant incentive to book here But they
don't honor it with the earlybird menu Its not big deal for me personally but it will keep me from booking here again when there are many other choices
Very modern updated hotel. Bed was very comfortable and dinner at the on site restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. We were surprised with the 5 euro charge for the shuttle to and from the airport. Also found it interesting that the lights in the hallway were motion activated so it was pretty dark when we stepped out of the elevator.
It took us a few minutes to figure out why we could not turn on any lights. You have to put your room key into a little reader by the door to activate the electricity. Then everything worked fine.
Staff are great. Probably the best part of this hotel. Not worth more then a 100 euro a night. Location is in the ghetto. Staff are amazing.
Is a bit expensive! And since is been there for a long time it needs renovating. But when I was there they were already working on it.
The rooms are big and you can also have the room with a small kitchen in it.
There is always a shuttle available for free to pick you up from the airport or to bring you there.
Staff is very friendly and prepared.
If you want to visit Dublin city center there is a bus in front if the hotel it takes about 20 mins.
It's nothing special but it serves the purpose of being a mid-budget range airport hotel very well. Rooms were quiet and clean, the staff friendly and the beds comfortable. The location is a short 5-10 min drive from the airport, and would also be handy for people wanting easy access to the North.
Safe bet.
Modern, stylish rooms, comfortable furnishings. Restaurant on-site was nice, with reasonably priced options for quality fare. Per-minute charge for Internet access in the lobby with a per-page charge to print was disappointing, as was the pay-per-cup coffee machine, though this was my first hotel stay in Europe, so perhaps that's normal. There's no central air, and we were there perhaps the one night in Dublin all year it would have been nice to have -- the staff made sure all guests who wanted them had electric fans to keep cool. Staff overall were excellent and helpful. Good quality hotel for the price and very near the airport. Would stay again.
Friendly helpful receptionist even at 1.30 am.
Taxi from Airport €13.50, shuttle bus had finished.
Cooked / continental breakfast, loads of variety in the continental.
Room, clean, warm and well laid out.
Plenty of towels, large modern shower, toiletries " on tap" OK, but no shower caps for ladies!
Would stay again if using the airport
great for its price. large room with suit. book on their website to get free staff
The hotel is close to airport what makes it easier to get. Experience of staying depends on price, but in general it's good. Clean rooms, nice personel.
Unbelievable value for money. Immaculate rooms, friendly staff and generally speaking a winner. The area does let it down slightly.
"Don't judge a book by its cover " how apt in the case of this hotel an Oasis of calm in a very busy placebut the traffic barely impedes the tranquil settings of Bistro 9 bar and restaurantreasonably priced, friendly, helpful and unobtrusive staff and great food what's not to like!
Very good hotel with excellent refurbished accomodation and brilliant staff. Easy shuttle bus from Dublin International to the hotel, and bus service into Dublin city. Rooms are spacious, and round the corner from a good retail park. Definitely will be a returning visitor.
