  Only go there for coffee but interiors look beautiful. Coffee is exceedingly good and staff discreet, efficient and friendly. Very nice loos my daughter loves the waterfall sink. Star deducted for untidy hand soap/hand lotion area.

  I had the worst dining experience ever in The Dylan Hotel and looking at reviews it seems to be a common theme, I dine out at least twice a week and never experienced anything like it. We got there at 8pm, got seated and waited, and waited, took 20 minutes to get a menu. So we ordered. Ordered a nice wine as well. Wine arrived, glass I had was dirty, got another one, also dirty, this is a 5 star hotel so there is no excuse for dirty glasses, waiter had to go clean one in the kitchen, looking at the table beside us , the glasses were also dirty.
  
  Starters didn't arrive until after 9pm, they were both cold starters and took 40 minutes to get to us. When they arrived we requested that our mains be sent out ASAP.
  
  The Bouillabaisse was tiny, look up any picture of it and dived it by 4 and that's what I got. We asked for the bill and left.
  
  During the whole meal the table beside us was never cleared from the previous customers.
  
  Service was just awful

  Nice place for a drink. Don't come here for a meal - two and a half hours for three courses - some of it very good - the rest very poor. Big disappointment. Won't be back.

  We stayed here for one night in June. The location is great - on a very quaint street across from a small park. It's removed enough to be quiet - with some nice pubs around the corner - but a close enough walk to the center of town as to not feel isolated. Definitely has a boutique feel - the entire staff was great, breakfast was excellent. The bar area is really charming as is the dining area. The whole premises have a great feel.
  
  The rooms, at least ours, felt like it could have used a bit updating (we had room 211) - it didn't seem to match the quality of the rest of the property (or some of the pictures of nicer looking rooms we saw online) - but we were only staying the one night and I'm sure they have nicer rooms on the premises. This would be the one mark against it - the room we had didn't seem to match the rest of the experience, especially for the price. All in all though, seems a nice hotel and a solid choice when in Dublin.

  My preferred place to stay when in Dublin for work. Solid Irish breakfast and good attentive bar staff. Issues are no ironing boards in the room (feels like there's only 2 or 3 for whole hotel) and no gym (the thing across the road is poor).

  Didn't stay in the hotel, only had breakfast in their restaurant. The food is devine. Eggs Florentine were absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere (team breakfast). The only suggestion I have is for staff to not put the tea bags in the water, let customers do it. You never know how strong do customers like their tea.

  What a special place! Friendly staff, beautiful building, and cozy rooms. I highly recommend the Dylan if you are in Dublin for work or pleasure. You will feel like this is a home away from home and the staff is always on hand to make your trip to Dublin easier.

  By far, one of the best hotels in Dublin. Cozy, clean, and trendy atmosphere. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure they meet every need!
