Excellent martial arts club , lots of classes to choose from everyday , 7 days a week, as well as a variety of interesting seminars and events throughout the year .Very professional and experienced instructors , with a great deal of patience , that will help you to achieve your own personal goals , whether you just want to get fit or a black belt in kickboxing.
MAI has become my second home and I can't recommend it high enough.

Love this place! Excellent facilities and top quality equipment available from both locations. Special mention to the staff, especially Arnie, Eddie and Declan, from the moment you enter you'll feel welcomed, nerves will disappear and you'll look forward to every class! Listen to your coach and they'll help you reach and beat any goal you set yourself!

New Years resolutions are a brilliant "idea", so, I walked in the front door, guessing I'd last maybe one training session. 1.5yrs later and two graded belts later and I'm STILL going! M.A.I is a phenomenal place for anyone looking for the best training in a fantastic and fun environment. I look forward to every training session and it doesn't matter what's happening in my world at the time, I can always guarantee walking out at the end of my training with a massive smile and a huge sense of self-satisfaction! If you're looking for one-to-one training or class training, I can't recommend this place highly enough!

There's nothing I enjoy more than spending an evening in MAI after a long day of work. You're welcomed with friendly faces. You get a great workout and learn new skills at the same time.

The instructors are attentive and very good at ensuring that you are not getting lost in the class. The skills they teach range from beginners to advanced. There's also plenty of classes to choose from and excellent seminars (highly recommend Declan's kicking seminars!) I extremely enjoy the private classes with Eddie (make sure you wind him up constantly), and I'd recommend doing it with a friend or two.

So get on down to get a work out, work your way through the belts and spar to test your new skills!

Excellent club to be a part of :-) I've been training with M.A.I. for over 10 years and it is the best decision I have ever made. Initially I just wanted to maintain fitness levels following an ankle injury but the training, techniques and awesome buzz has completely changed my life and attitude toward martial arts, mma and exercise in general. The instructors are fantastic, experienced and cater for your needs. They are super flexible in their training methods and adapt to all the various levels of fitness and intensity irrespective of age. I'm completely hooked and unreservedly recommend coming down to the club and giving it a go :-) I cannot rate this club highly enough. You have to see for yourself, you will not regret it!

Whether you just want to get fit or learn self defence skills / martial arts MAI is the perfect place to train. Top quality instruction from knowledgeable, experienced coaches. Classes every day and times are very convenient. If you're nervous about going straight into group classes the private classes are a great option.

I started training nearly a year and half ago in this club after nearly 20 years break from another martial art.

I picked up kickboxing which I wanted to try for a while as a striking art which I have never done before.

M.A.I. exceeded my expectations! D7 club is well located in north Dublin inner City and it's on the way back from work. The classes are great, all of them so the coaches. Highly recommended!

I had tried a few kickboxing places before finally settling into MAI. Started with the ladies only class before find the courage to jump into the group classes. Been here a while now and I consider it a second home.

They have everything covered from belts and sparring to banter :) I love that its so welcoming to everyone, all ages and levels of fitness. Instructors are very encouraging and supportive. If you want to get into martial arts and have fun doing so give this place a shot.
