Suite-9 the receptionist is rude and aggressive. She never answers phone. When you email to say you left a message to be called back your told no you did not. Emails are ignored most of the time. Consultant cost €200. No cards, you have to pay cash in hand for them. Very shady. After I got my scans and the results should off been ready in a few days. All emails and phone calls to the receptionist were ignored. Weeks later I had to get a 3rd party to Threaten legal action to get my results since I already paid. 1 hour later I get my results. This is just a summary off how I was treated.

Excellent Surgeon in Dr Moran. The rehab clinic is a money trap with a cookie cutter approach that after 'rehab' has left me unable to walk for more than 10mins or even swim, before I was able to walk for unlimited amounts of time and do the butterfly. It has been 2.5 weeks since my 'rehab' I was perfectly fine before their 'rehab'. Be very careful of their rehab clinic uses a cookie cutter approach and is not suited to everyone even though they keep telling me is is.

Expensive but will cost nothing if you're well covered with private insurance
The best surgeons of Ireland with a great team of physio.
This is the place to go for all ACL surgeries
The nurses were also very nice.
All the equipment is new, clean and modern
    I recommend

This was the fastest and most convenient way for me to get an MRI in connection with a serious back problem I had. We had a little mix-up at the outset when they wanted to charge me more than had been indicated over the phone but this was quickly sorted out and they were most courteous and helpful. As to the staff running the MRI they were excellent and the whole experience was seamless and efficient in all respects. Obviously it is expensive and VHI only partially reimburse but you get a great service for what you pay for so that represents good value in my book

It wasn't my first time here & is better than the other times. From the receptionist through the day ward staff & medical team & physico, not forgetting the catering girl. I tried the health service but it was too long of a period.

Dr Collins is the bees knees. I have had keyhole surgery. I was put to sleep, woke up feeling great. No pain. Expected to feel pain later in the afternoon or sometime the next day. Nothing. Not even a twinge. He explains everything to you in people's language rather than doctors language. It's been 4 weeks since surgery and I never took one pain killer, and was back playing sports a week after surgery. Definitely recommend this Dr if you are going there. Only pain was from the butterfly needle in my hand. I think the nurse hit a nerve as it was sore for two weeks. But it's all good

Absolute joke. Was first told i HAD TO see a consultant and pay €150 before even having physio. I had to call 4 times to get an appointment for just a physio visit. I understand a company being busy, but i don't appreciate a phone call saying my appointments cancelled because my physio is taking a half day and that there are no other evening appointmentsWhat like, ever? Such awful customer service!!
