Caitriona, the lady who answers the phone in the Russell Street, is quite possibly the happiest, friendliest customer services rep you're ever likely to deal with. She's the reason is recommend this place!

Hassle free car rental agency. I've been renting from this agency quite often not only because it's walking distance from where I live, but mainly because I never had any issue with them. Very laid back, stress free rental. The staff is quite nice as well.

After a horrible experience with a different rental company in Dublin, we went to our tried and tested Enterprise and the folks in Dublin (Russell) location did not disappoint. The entire process, from the initial call into the call centre, through to front desk, to drop off, these guys exemplify what courtesy, customer service and professionalism are. Special kudos to Paul at front desk for a job well done. Only renting from Enterprise from now on.

The staff were more then accomodating and welcoming to my husband and I. They helped us pick the right car for us and our needs. Had knowledge of Ireland and were ever so friendly! Highly recommend.

I found everyone that we interacted with to be friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Paul for having such wonderful customer service! He had total faith in us driving on the opposite side of the road, remembered us when we returned the car, and asked about how our trip went. Overall, I would highly recommend renting a car here!

Bad experience renting Automatic. Called ahead for an automatic. None was available when I got to the place. They "found" a car but for a different pricing. In the US, if Enterprise doesn't have what I reserved, there's no up charge. I couldn't cancel plans as it was gonna be more expensive. I talked to a manager about my experience. He said if I provided evidence I rented an automatic, he would provide a credit for the up charge. I provided the evidence but I was given the run around. Now you know about their business practices.
