Great variety of diferent warehouses.
Hard to review this place as it consists of many tenants. The area itself is part of the former Ford Factory so it has some history. Among the tenants are Bubble Brothers which is a friendly wine merchant with good prices and friendly service. Noel Cronin's repair shops are down towards the river - they are an insurance approved car repair company. Near Bubbles is a second-hand store specialising mainly in office furniture but also domestic furniture - the quality and price seem to be ok. Nearby is Document Express (DX) whose building has more than a hint of art deco despite the years of less than sympathetic maintenance. If you're looking for water then this is the place to find a repair depot belonging to the Waterworks section of Cork City Council.
What more to say - you can also buy a wide varierty of paint here (Pat O'Donnell Paints) and wash it down with a cuppa from the cafe (Ruth's cakes).

I work in Sirus which is situated in the park. I like the wide range of businesses and the hub that is the cafe, cakes by Ruth. There are artists and gym bunnies. It has green products from salads with Virginia to cellulose insulation by Ecocel. cork environmental forum are based here as well. There is dodgems, tyres, glass, wine and of course Pat Mc Donnell's paint
Quite far from the city center but have a lot of activities and options to spend an afternoon/evening
My gym is based here as well as using a self storage facility. There is a huge number of different businesses in one area that is accessible from the link road, though watch out for floods!
