This place is superb, very modern and bright. Best I've seen and I checked out a few places. Gemma is an absolute gem, pun intended. Good customer service is vital in my book and she was just lovely and kind.
I was drained from lifting and hauling and she sat me down and gave me a coffee and a biscuit, didn't need to, we moved in on a Saturday and she was really busy. We used this place last year and I called for a removals number this week and she remembered me and gave me a number.
The man in the office was lovely too on the phone, I didn't catch his name. Listened to my husband and me as we ranted about planning. I have recommended them to everyone who has moved, storage is storage but manners and kindness make the real difference.

Irish Taekwondo Association.We have been using U Store It storage facility in Little Island Co Cork for the last 8 years. In that time we have found the facility to be excellent, and the manager Gemma so helpful and courteous, Francis is a gentleman. I would highly recommend them. Any small business or sporting organisation should consider using this 5 star facility.

Excellent service, expensive but you pay for quality service. Very clean, tidy and very secure. Pallet trucks, trolleys and even an electric forklift available for your use.

Nobody likes moving house, it's a hassle from start to finish. I have done it 3 times in the last 3 years and at this stage I am allergic to the whole process. You Store It were the exception in all of these experiences. Francis was so kind when we were putting the stuff into storage, he gave us some advice on how to use the space properly. Jemma always had a smile and a chat for us, the place is very safe and new, couldn't ask for better. I hope never to move house again but if i do I will be giving this company my business. They give you peace of mind and that's worth a lot in my book.

For commercial purposes they are ideal, 24/7 access, they accept deliveries, the security system is top of the range and we have a great working relationship with the staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, the best in the business.

U Store It really helped me out when I needed urgent storage. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff down in Little Island. The building is really impressive and the price wasn't bad either. Thanks for all your help. Highly recommended.
