First time receiving a package via DPD, no messing around, got a text to say i would receive my delivery in a particular window, no sooner had that time just begun and the package arrived, very satisfied customer. Also the driver was very courteous ,didn't get his name sadly.

Worst company ever. Not delivering parcels on time. When you trying contact with them you can wait forever on the phone and you won't speak with anyone.

Quick delivery, on time and let's you know when your package will be delivered. If you missed your delivery you can do a live chat on their website to arrange another day and time for delivery.

Extremely disappointed to discover that my parcel was not collected 4 days after it was dropped off at Ovens Gala, by which time the parcel should have been delivered already!

The worst service in Cork, getting hundreds of parcels with other companies with no problems, only DPD unable to delivery why you giving time if no one cares to came? Wasting other people time! Would'nt recomend. Service desk girl not best too.

Still waiting parcel that was supposed to be delivered Friday!! I was at home for estimated time of delivery and i did not receive a phone call. I have emailed about it Monday- no responce. poor service

I was waiting for a tyres from Oponeo yesterday. It shown status out for delivery for yesterday. I was waiting all day at home but I had to go at 3 to town. When I came back there was no sign of tyres and courier. I got no phone call from courier. At the same time I got a mail with status delivered. I don't know if they trying to fool me or what? Last year when I ordered tyres as well they were waiting outside my door for whole day and I didn't get any phone call neither that courier is going to leave them outside the house. Ridiculous!!! I am trying to ring DPD this morning but no answer. I will be making a customer complaint unless I will receive my tyres on Monday.

Would not recommend DPD. My parcel should have taken 2 day to arrive and its 2 weeks now that I am waiting and still nothing.

I think they are a very bad company to deal with, I missed my parcel and they sent me a massage to manage my parcel and I did it. I have then been trying to ring for about 20 minutes to find out if that message is wright and if they will deliver my parcel today or do I still have to collect it and there isn't anyone answering the phone.
