After spending two nights here we were thoroughly disappointed with what we paid for. We heard good things online, but the overall experience was bad. We used the restaurant on our first night and our food was cold and late. For breakfast, there was hardly any food when we arrived (a promise of cheese fresh fruit and yogurt was no where to be seen) and when we made an order, they got it wrong on both occasions. The second night, the fire alarm went off without a apology from an member of staff. There didn't appear to be a manager on any occasion we were there and felt bad for the young staff dealing with our issues.
The room needed a good paint and proper tidy. A lovely small village surrounding the hotel, however we won't be recommending this place or be back. Stay in another village to visit Malin Head.

Very welcoming cosy place to be
Perfect for a wedding or party in the large back ballroom

Lovely local hotel and good food, but taking away one star because of attitude I got from a waitress when we arrived at first. Luckily the other staff were far more professional.
