I have frequented Knock House Hotel several times in 2017 and found it a relaxing place for a business or social meeting. It's staff are courteous and smiley; and willing to pass the time of day with you. Whilst I have not stayed overnight I can recommend their lobby area for coffee and wi-fi access. It is a warm and accommodating hotel, conveniently located for Knock's Religious Centre and Basillica. Its communal areas are clean and well kept. Car Parking is ample for this size of hotel.

Great place to stay if you want to visit the Knock Shrine. The hotel is just across the side street from the back entrance and is just a two minute walk away. Warm comfortable rooms, great views from the windows, good breakfast (included) and friendly staff. The clientele tends to be people of advanced age, to put it mildly. My wife and I must have been the youngest there! But a really nice hotel and a fond memory.

Despite it being new and obviously linked to Knock Shrine. It's awkward to get into. Parking spaces are few and tight. There is no bar Unless resident! Food appears reasonable.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been a regular visitor to Knock House Hotel since it opened about 16 years ago both to dine and to stay. Situated behind the Basilica at the Shrine it is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Shrine. 68 Bedrooms with wheelchair friendly rooms available and excellent dining room and casual dining and I highly recommend the food. A lovely venue for private parties.

I went in during the evening last week with my friend maura the lady who took our orders smiled and was ever so pleasant and our food arrived promptly and again with a smile she was courteous,prompt and truly efficient well done will be back

food is improving,work still to be done,enjoyed a scone and tea and soup with an egg mayonnaise sandwich sat after breda laffey afternoon i live in knock for now
