  spent two nights. was not impressed. had to ask for milk on both evenings for cup of tea. saucers were not washed from previous day. chairs in bedroom were stained..basin in bathroom had a rim of grease on it' we were told brewed coffee for breakfast was extra. instant coffee was included . all guests were asking for marmalade was told to root to bottom of basket .it should be there.
  Breakfast completely overcooked. i suggest someone take charge and cater to guests and make them feel you appreciate their custom. also offer to help guest with luggage instead of porter sitting inside reception. get your act together and you will have repeat custom.
