Great campsite, well kept with plenty of pitches. Facilities are excellent. Nice proximity to shop, bar and restaurants. Right beside the beach.

Love it here. Right on the beach with plenty of space and amenities for camping or caravan. The rates are very reasonable and the staff are brilliant and friendly.

Great location, good services, suits campers of all ages. Has shower and cleaning facilities. Right at the keel beach so more suitable for watersports enthusiasts.

Good site facilities but gets pricey for larger groups. Charges mount up for more than 2 people, extra cars, awnings, dogs and more. Site rules are enforced and not always pleasantly. The site owner lives pretty much on site and misses nothing. But it is right beside a great beach and plenty of sea and fresh water activities. Golf course and pony riding also very handy. Nice places to eat and a small local supermarket within easy walking distance.

Kel Sandbanks is one of the better campsites I've been to it's not too large and never gets too busy. Plenty of facilities for campers, campervans, caravans and they also offer spaces for mobile homes. The free amenities include kitchen. Games room & toilets while the showers and cooking require prepaid tokens.

We spent a wonderful 5 days here. Nollaig and all the staff here were so helpful and friendly. We stayed in a mobile home 6 berth and it was gorgeous so clean and tastefully decorated. The campsite is immaculate and so close to beach pretty much on it but despite the high winds we loved it. Highly recommend this for any family holiday perfect for kids with something for everyone. Also only a short beautifully scenic drive to other beautiful beaches keam beach especially its breath taking. Ill be returning without a doubt. Wonderful memories for our kids

Just reviewing the actual beach. Beach is awesome. July & August you can swim in the water. Who knew you could do this in Ireland. Nice sandy beach. Love Achill Island (my favorite spot in Ireland?)

The campsite is clean and in an ideal location. The beach is at your doorstep, there are places to eat and have a drink nearby. It is central enough that you can easily get to other parts of the island. All needs are catered for, the showers and bathrooms are cleaned daily, there is a laundry room and kitchen provided. The games room is great for kids. The campsite is safe and everyone is really friendly. The staff are great and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
