Good small information centre primarily for family with young kids. Entry is only 5e per person.

The best part for us was the aquarium - especially Tom the curator/guide who made learning about the different sea life fun. He's clearly very knowledgeable and good at engaging with kids and teaching them facts about the various fascinating creatures here.

Great interactive venue, the best on the island, if you're in Achill it's well worth a visit.

We enjoyed our trip here.Admission was €4 pp. The staff are extremely knowlegable and welcoming. We seem some fish eggs and a friendly spotted dog fish 🐟
