From the time I contacted the service department everything went very smoothly.
I dropped my car down and Lindsey looked after everything including a few requests I made. She contacted me when my car was ready and explained what was done and she was very thorough and professional in what she had to do. Thanks to her, Mick Cronin and the Service team at Mary's.

a simple job of wheel alignment ( tracking) became a nightmare, had to go back 2 times with a non center steering for my 5 series F10, then the car was not the same as before, took it back again, they tracked it again and made a few adjustments until they got it right, but to have to go there 3 times at 4 times the cost of a normal garage is non-sense, never ever again taking my car there except for oil and oil filter change, customer service Tim is nice but might need some experience in dealing directly with people. People go to dealership for peace of mind not for a guessing game, I also had headlights height done and had to go back 2 times , too low, then too high and then adjusted to correct height. then at the first visit they broke the locking nut saying it was over torqued , and I had to deal with this nightmare and pay for it to be removed. they always find an excuse to keep that cause of problems away from them. they guy who last changed my tyres torqued them all at the same torque and I wonder how come the other 3 locking nuts came off easily??? I am very disappointed.

Best place for BMW in Cork, Munster or Ireland. Beautiful showroom with amazing deals and the guys really know their stuff. You can also look at MINI here or book a test drive! Really can't recommend higher!

I bought an M Sport 11ww2244 from Kearys on Dec 1 , i was told the car was checked and the computer up to date
On the way home the sat nav did not recognise the M9 ( i was told that the sat nav was updated by Alan Dwyer ) I also noticed that the steering was out of line and pulling slightly to the left this after an hours driving ( i was later told by Tim the service manager that i must have hit a pothole in the 50 or so miles of driving )
The cigarette lighter was faulty and the whole unit pulled out , the cover to the cigarette lighter and cup holder was also broken , the stone chip on the bonnet that i was assured would be fixed ( again by Alan ) was not done to a good standard ,the rubber seal on the back passenger door had a hole in it , i rang Kearys and they said they would rectify these. Fair enough.
When washing the car i noticed over spray on the rear quarter panels i brought the car to my local garage to have it checked out , he found 7 faults in the computer and confirmed that the rear end had some welding done to it ,again i rang Alan in Kearys and he assured me that he knew nothing about this but would look into it
I investigated myself and found out the whole rear end had been severely damaged in Feb 2014 , i brought the car back down to Kearys after owning it for 9 days and spoke to Alan and Paul the sales manager and was told the car went through the usual checks and nothing showed up i told them i wasn't taken the car back , they gave me a courtesy car and assured me i would have either a replacement car or my money back
I walked a BMW dealership in Dublin and asked them to do a check on the car for me , they were able to tell me within a minute that the car was red flagged
Do Kearys tell lies or are they just negligent ?
To date i still have their courtesy car and still haven't been given my money back
I don't think i could trust Kearys again and would not recommend them
i also don't think that they represent BMW to the standards that BMW maintain
I only gave one star because i had to

The staff at BMW kearys little island are excellent. When we brought in our car we were treated very well by the staff there especially Donn O'Hanlon. I would like to thank you for your excellent service.
