  A lot of damage occured to my property during the course of Joe Folliard's tiling work. My shower tray was damaged when the old tiles were removed, a large amount of water leaked through from an upstairs bathroom to my hall ceiling & a few tiles put up in my ensuite bathroom are chipped. I only realised these things after I had paid Joe in full and cleaned up after the work was completed. I contacted Joe & his response was three words. A flippant "These things happen". When I reiterated how unhappy I was, I was told get a tile & he would replace it when he was in my area (Sligo) again. Nothing mentioned from him about my damp watermarked hall ceiling & big black chip marks in my white shower tray. In my opinion extremely poor customer service & unprofessional behaviour. I definately would not recommend Joe Folliard tiling.
  
  In reply to your response, the leak was not fixed as soon as you heard about it you were contacted on Friday evening & you had someone come out on Sunday afternoon. You said that I was lucky you answered the phone to me and after my initial complaint you were verbally abusive towards me. You never explained there would be damage to the shower tray & that I would need a new one. There was nothing wrong with the shower tray beforehand. If you told me it would have been damaged during the work, of course I would have bought a new shower tray. That was a lack of communication on your part.
