I had a great cleaner, who deep cleaned my house, paid attention to detail, cleaned everything that I asked for including the difficult areas that I requested. The whole experience was efficient and easy overall, from the office contact to the face to face.

Engaged Home Concierge for a deep clean, and they did a top-quality job. Arrived on time, very professional, and left the whole house sparkling - also rescued one carpet which I had thought was beyond saving. All staff involved also took all necessary Covid precautions. I'm happy to highly recommend them!

We tried booking with this service 3 times and had 2 no shows. I cannot recommend this business.

The first person never came to our house - we called the office and they told us sorry that the unthinkable happened that the person just quit.

The make-up appointment we did get was okay at best. We asked the cleaner not to use bleach - she said she only uses a tiny bit and never has issues (tell that to her bleach stain on her trousers), and she got bleach on our comforter

We asked for a new cleaner - this lady was nice and did a great job. We booked her again, however she didn't show up either!

Enough is enough.

I was very impressed with the quality of service home concierge provided (Once off clean of apartment). The team were so professional and friendly to deal with. The apartment was spotless. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks a lot.
