I am so amazed with this place! I just had incredible customer service - as usual with this company- from a very professional and friendly sales rep (don't remember his name exactly and I don't want to misspell it, he was a Malaysian lad). Not only did he know his craft and was able to answer the many questions I had about products, liquids, coils and vaping habits but he was also asking me things to make sure I get exactly what I need. I left the store fully satisfied with my new e-cig model because I got exactly what i was looking for instead of just being directed to the newest or more expensive "flagship" product. I bought liquids and coil in bulk and was also able to avail of the amazing deals they have on those. 5/5 experience all around!

I've been around the block when it comes to buying eliquid and hardware, so let me tell you look no further. Vintage vapes has it all, with excellent customer service to top it all off. Had a mixup with an order, and they responded straight away and sorted everything out for me. They'll be getting my repeat business and should be getting yours! Not gonna get better customers service anywhere else!

It's always nice going into a shop where yourself is not too knowledgable on the items you see before you, but worry not because the shopkeeper/clerk/whatever knows all about the products they sell and can tell you exactly why this is better than that or what would work best for you, given what you tell them. I went in looking for a specific coil which he told me the availability for it was- well, unavailable in most Vape Shops. I didn't like the tank anyway so I asked for recommendations for a new one. He drew up 2 and did a comparison vs contrast dealio. I got the Aspire Cleito Pro and while the capacity for e-liquid is low, it's doing much better than the former Snowwolf Mark King.
Customer Service and Support? Great.
Product range? Vast.

Great service from these guys. Ordered 10 juices yesterday and arrived today. They even threw in 2 samples and battery skins as well.
Will be ordering all my equipment from VVR from here on out.response / report this review
