  I attended the clinic today for a minor procedure and I found the doctor and nurse very helpful, friendly and I am happy with how everything went today

  Never got a chance to see one of the GPs as the incredibly snotty and unaccommodating receptionist was so unwilling to help me I had to go somewhere else even though this is my local surgery. I explained the predicament I was in and she just didn't want to know.

  Service quality/availability inconsistent, slow and sporadic. Staff seem approachable enough but limited in terms of how they can actually help patients. Waiting periods to see specialists very long. Facilities however are in excellent condition, very clean, bright, accessible and comfortable and very easy to get to.

  Nice updated building and great facilities for the community. Nice helpful staff but the male door man is not very approachable for this centre. Maybe would work better on a pub door.
