The car was real lemon. I booked AC car and got without (unfortunately realized another day). After 10 km drive, lack of oil light appeared and wird sounds from the front wheals screamed. And further more we waited more than hour for the car. I tried to contact their phone number to report the problems, but they were really helpless. Never ever:(

Crowded place. Awful long queue to pick up a pre booked car.
They try to sell upgrades on car and insurance. If at least the car would be cleaned and technically o.k.

They tried to charge me an extra €29.50 per day -- about $250 extra -- for a prepaid reservation. I went next door to Avis, and their insurance was only €40 for the whole week -- and they let me waive it. Europcar are nothing but scam artists. This was my only negative experience of my two weeks in Ireland.
