No floor staff to ask questions, when you do find a staff member they do not know enough about the product.
Product displays untidy , particulary the lightbulb section , impossible to find anything.

Essentially, this is like any other Homebase store. It has the same layout, and mostly the same stock. They're a large kitchens and bathrooms area, as well as a fairly big garden centre stacked full of plants.

If you're doing a big DIY project, you'll find prices more expensive than a wholesaler, but if you need some wallpaper, some hydrangeas, or some nails in a rush, this will do the job.
