We were at a function here. This room was spacious and Bins changed regularly. The bar was open serving tea and coffee. This was priced at €3.50 each for a takeaway cup. No lates or cappuccino. What a rip off!

Stayed here for an overnight when my mother and I were going to a concert in the 3 arena. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The closest Luas station was only a short walk away. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and take the tram to and from the arena.

Food was exceptional and fairly price. Staff were friendly and location was amazing. Work was being done through out the hotel during my two night stay. Both mornings I was woken very early by load painters having a conversation outside my door. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable

This was my first visit to the hotel in many many years.. I was very impressed. The reception desks were well manned with pleasant,eager attendants. The foyer was clean. The bar area was clean and served by attentive staff. The furniture was comfortable but not really geared to a formal business meeting.. but we made do. The place was buzzing with all ages of clientele. Very impressed.😊

I was attending afternoon tea last Saturday (12/08) and I just wanted to say that it was an absolute pleasure. The gentleman in charge on the afternoon tea had a perfect balance of being both attentive and hospitality without being pestering. The views and atmosphere of the room we were in were exquisite. The selection of tea and food were excellent and beautiful. I can't recommend enough and I shall definitely return.

City West Hotel made my First trip to Ireland very enjoyable. Stayed in a 4 bed Suite with Views of the Golf Course. I also got to witness a Prominent Irish Wedding and learned to speak fast from those in the Bar. Dublin is an Amazing and Historical City. Stayed here on Conference in 2011.

This is a vast hotel. My main issues with it are that the restaurant can't handle anything like the numbers of people that the hotel can sleep and as a consequence you need to book in advance. We couldn't get a booking for the night we were there and many other residents seemed to have the same problem. There were also long queues for breakfast. Similarly, there's a pool that operates a strict booking system for the same reason and although I had promised my kids we would go swimming we couldn't because we hadn't booked ahead; all very frustrating. On a positive note the staff were helpful and the wifi and parking were free.

Absolutely stunning surroundings. A well connected hotel. Excellent facilities such as golf course, gym and pool etc. Wonderful staff as well.

We were there for a Martial arts tournament and it was a good place to stay. The rooms would be a little better by having a small refrigerator and a microwave. Coming from overseas we were forced to eat only junk food in our rooms or go out to eat. Having a room in the Weston wing the restaurant staff was loud at night and early in the morning. But the rooms were nice and I'd stay there again. It's also located close to the tram so we didn't have to worry about renting a car to get downtown and back.
