  Amazing guest services. Cozy atmosphere. Immaculately clean. Best hostel bathroom I've ever seen. In fact, our entire party of 6 agreed, it was the best hostel any of us has had the pleasure of staying at.

  Stayed here on a work outing on Friday 12th August 2016 in a group of 14. We had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the meal in Sailors Restaurant was excellent! We had a wonderful time on Clare Island, and thoroughly enjoyed the team building activities that we booked with Adventure West. In fact, when i contacted Adventure West, Louise arranged the full package (return ferry, team building activity, 3 course meal and accommodation in the Go Explore Hostel). It was excellent value, and we all had a terrific time. Whether you are a group of friends, a hen or stag, or a work group looking for a good night or weekend away, I couldn't recommend Clare Island, Go Explore Hostel, Sailors Bar and Restaurant and Adventure West highly enough!

  I myself have actually been to clare island hostle with my Family i would rat it a three but afterall it is on an island
