worst hotel ever very little staff painted like a nursing home toilet would not flush and shower the power in it was very low you could hear everything in the hall ways as the floors are now wooden and signs saying be quite how can you with wooden floors one person for reception and bar one for cooking and serving when we complained we were told every one has an opinion and not even half the price of a refund no apologize one of worst hotel i have ever stayed in

The sink was blocked and towel rail was falling off. No heating at night, was pretty cold. Receptionist was very helpful pointing out places of interest and food restaurants

Walls are really thin. We could hear others from the room next door. The shower was broken and not a lot of water was coming out of it. Toilet was leaking. Bed was great and receptionnist very nice though.

Stayed here last nite with my hubby..Place was spotless and beds really comfortable and lovely helpful staff. With bar on premises was lovely for a nice quiet drink..Would definely stay here again.

Staff and rooms were nice. But the atmosphere wasn't great since they closed the front bar. Asked for photo ID to be scanned at check-in something that I was never for in a hotel before. Breakfast not included.

I slept in the car park and it was really nice. If the inside off the hotel is as half as nice then it is only lovely.

Stayed one night as i travelled up from portlaoise with kids for christmas shopping. Lovely friendly welcome, rooms were clean and warm and relaxing. Location is great for the city shopping. Child left a cuddly toy behind with huge sentimental value to her behind. I rang and spoke with noel, who straight away sorted out the posting of the toy back to me. I cannot thank noel enough for this kind gesture, what a kind , pleasant and helpful man this hotel is lucky to have as one of their staff. Thank you noel.

This hotel seriously need updating. Televisions are 14" crt and the rooms feel like they are from the 1980s. Staff were friendly but there were issues with stock of even common drinks in the bar. Plenty of parking.
